Try­ing sur­ro­gate cross-processing in por­tra­ture. Haven’t seen por­traits here recently, have you?

Rodger again, the eye is so blue due to cross-processing.

Exper­i­ment­ing with por­traits, I decided to post the one of Alex (yeah, that’s him from all the pre­vi­ous posts).  He is my old friend from School ?17 and he still lives Moscow and now goes to MSU. With this por­trait, I tried avoid­ing black and white ver­sion  and get­ting as close to nor­mal colours as pos­si­ble. Hope­fully, it worked.

This is one of my first pro­traits which weren’t done spon­ta­neously, and I think they work quite well. Extreme grainnes and high con­trast add the feel­ing of that really dull and rainy day. Read More…, it’s worth it. And no, I don’t smoke.
